For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 To register and maintain an Account on sp999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as you hold an Account:
2.2 sp999 serves players across Indonesia, including residents of Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Makassar, and all other regions of the archipelago. By registering, you confirm that you have assessed your own legal position and accept sole responsibility for complying with any laws applicable to your use of the Platform.
3.1 To access the full range of sp999 products, you must complete the registration process at /sp999-login and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.
3.2 Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances within them may be voided.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account details with any third party. sp999 will treat all activity carried out using your credentials as having been authorised by you.
3.4 You must notify sp999 immediately via our support channels if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
sp999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's licence, proof of address (bank statement, utility bill dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and, where fraud is suspected, referral to the relevant authorities.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting sp999 support. Before closure, all pending bets must be settled and any outstanding balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your nominated payment method subject to standard KYC clearance. sp999 may retain records as required by applicable law and internal audit obligations.
4.1 All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sp999 does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in foreign currencies.
4.2 The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. sp999 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform and are subject to change. Current minimums start from Rp 10.000 for deposits. Withdrawal minimums are displayed in your Account dashboard.
4.4 Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. sp999 is not liable for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.
4.5 Withdrawals are processed during Indonesian banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed around the clock. Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are subject to standard interbank clearing times.
4.6 sp999 charges no platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which sp999 accepts no responsibility.
4.7 You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Where a discrepancy is identified between your Account name and the payment method holder name, sp999 will suspend the withdrawal pending KYC review.
5.1 sp999 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to individual terms published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry date for each bonus are stated in the promotion-specific terms.
5.3 Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms. Players must opt in to each bonus individually where an opt-in mechanism is provided.
5.4 sp999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is attempting to abuse the promotion, exploit technical errors, or collude with other players to circumvent the intended purpose of the offer.
5.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash value prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
5.6 Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and other Indonesian calendar events — are time-limited and subject to their own specific eligibility criteria. Eligibility is determined at sp999's sole discretion.
6.1 All bets placed on the sp999 sportsbook — including pre-match, in-play, Asian handicap (voor bola, or handicap betting format popular in Indonesia), and mix parlay (accumulator) wagers — are subject to the specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. sp999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on an incorrect line, or in circumstances where the odds were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error.
6.3 All casino and slot games on the Platform, including those offered under the sp999 Casino product, use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited. The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in each game's information panel.
6.4 Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by officially published draw outcomes. sp999 accepts no responsibility for disputes arising from a Player's misunderstanding of draw schedules, number selection rules, or payout structures, which are fully described within the togel product section.
6.5 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live game round, sp999's server-side records will be treated as definitive for the purposes of determining the outcome of any active wager.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sp999 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:
7.2 sp999 employs automated fraud-detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Decisions regarding Account suspension are made at sp999's sole discretion and are final, subject to the complaints process described in Section 13.
8.1 All content on the sp999 Platform — including but not limited to the sp999 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of sp999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any sp999 Intellectual Property.
8.3 Any unauthorised use of sp999 Intellectual Property — including the use of the sp999 name, logo, or brand assets in any third-party communication, advertising, or online content without prior written consent — constitutes an infringement of our rights and may result in legal action.
9.1 sp999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
9.2 All data transmitted between your device and sp999's servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. sp999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
9.3 sp999 may share data with third-party service providers solely for the purposes of KYC verification, payment processing, fraud detection, and platform analytics, under strict confidentiality obligations.
10.1 The sp999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sp999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
10.2 sp999 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if sp999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 sp999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 sp999 is not responsible for any losses arising from: (a) your failure to secure your Account credentials; (b) events outside sp999's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, bank system failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events; (c) your reliance on any information presented on the Platform for purposes other than entertainment.
11.1 sp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, sp999 will provide reasonable notice to active Players via the Platform, email notification, or other suitable communication channel.
11.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
11.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. sp999 recommends checking this page at the beginning of each calendar month and after receiving any amendment notification.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sp999 is incorporated and holds its international gaming licence.
12.2 The parties agree that the courts of the licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to sp999's right to seek injunctive or other urgent relief in any jurisdiction.
12.3 Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
